Meet Akio, a charismatic and ambitious individual inspired by his brother Michio Anthony runway success and fueled by his love for family and new opportunities. Fluent in both Japanese and English, Akio is currently studying Business Management at Cardiff Met and is eager to blend his academic insights with his modeling pursuits.

Akio’s diverse background from his experience as a rugby center to his skill in rock climbing, calisthenics, and tennis brings strength, agility, and adaptability to every shoot. With a passion for animal rescue, he dreams of using his platform to advocate for wildlife, and he’s already sharpening his skill set with learning Italian and he also has a Level 2 qualification in hair and beauty making him the perfect addition for those that require additional hair stylists on set.

Known for his kind personality, work ethic, and unique style, Akio loves Italian and Korean cuisine and is a huge fan of classic rock, counting The Cure, Pink Floyd, Zeplin and The Beatles among his favourites. His style icons include Kenzo, and if he could direct a shoot, cyberpunk themes would take center stage.

With a love for timeless literature, Akio’s favourite reads include A Man in the Mask, while in film, he’s captivated by Heretic. Motivated by small improvements and with a vision for a world of peace, Akio’s drive and depth make him an ideal model for brands looking for both integrity and versatility.
