Number 10 – Hurricane by Ofenbach & Ella Henderson

This electronic song will make you feel something at your core, I think we can all relate to an individual or a thought that goes through our head like a hurricane and the message one resonates with this track is that we are all going through it together even when parted.

Number 9- Over You by Toni Romiti & Kara Marni

This R&B song teaches us the importance of moving on when we are worth so much more, it was produced by ‘The Invisible Man’ and follows a journey of discovery of self acceptance.

Number 8 – Planes In The Sky by James Vincent McMorrow

One of James’ new songs ‘Planes In The Sky’ comes from his Grapefruit Season album and we must say if you are a lover of alternative and Indie music then this track is for you. James’s next show takes place on Monday 21st February at O2 Forum Kentish Town.

Number 7 – That’s What I Want by Lil Nas X

Taking the nation by storm is Lil Nas X latest single ‘That’s What I Want’, having obtained 25 million views since its official music video release, we can say that you are in for a treat with this video and as always Lil Nas X has kept viewers in suspense trying to figure out who the mystery man in the video really is, a lover or a friend in his real life perhaps. All we hope for is that this mystery man doesn’t have a wife and a child on the side. Also released the same week is Lil Nas X ‘Scoop’ featuring none other than Doja Cat.

Number 6 – V12 by Iann Dior & Lil Uzi Vert

This duo are turning heads in this hip hop and rap inspired track ‘V12’, having performed with greats such as Machine Gun Kelly & Travis Barker, we very much are looking forward to who this young rapper will collaborate with next year. If you’re not familiar with Iann’s tracks check out ‘Sick and Tired’ and ‘Holding On’.To watch Iann perform live check him out at the O2 Forum Kentish Town on January 24th 2022.

Number 5 – Better with the Devil by Khazali

Making it in to the top 5 we have an Indie tune titled ‘Better with the Devil’ by Khazali, the idyllic countryside visuals at the start of the music video accommodate the turning point for the performer as he is seen later chased by what seems like a creature with horns ready to rightfully claim its home after it was potentially previously dug up. Very catchy and a song you can listen to on repeat in the early hours of the morning.

Number 4 – Something Greater by Parcels

The visuals to this alternative track take us back to earlier times and without spoiling too much, the ending implies the actor wants a deep connection with someone & maybe even a family life, with LFW ending, many would be able to agree that parties can only sustain you for a certain amount of time.

Number 3 – Who’s In Your Head by Jonas Brothers

A pop track that makes you want to have fun and get high through the night. The Jonas Brothers bring us a catchy upbeat tune that was co-written by hitmakers Max Martin and Rami Yacoub.

Number 2 – You Will Be Found by Sam Smith & Summer Walker

This song speaks to the soul on so many levels and it is with no doubt that this song has featured on the film soundtrack to the upcoming ‘Dear Evan Hansen’ film which will be released September 24.The film follows an isolated high school student aching for acceptance in a cruel world. If you can choose one quality, choose kindness and make a good difference in a world that needs repair.

Number 1 – Summer Rain by Majid Jordan

A perfect R&B track with an everlasting flow officially marking the end of Summer would be a quick sum up to Majid Jordan’s new track. Who are the duo behind this song one may ask well Majid Jordan is a Canadian R&B duo, consisting of singer Majid Al Maskati and producer Jordan Ullman from Toronto, Ontario. They’re signed to OVO Sound which happens to be co-founded by rapper Drake so who knows where this great duo will get too.
